Webel Computer Training Centre – Konnagar Branch

This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refund requests will be considered for courses offered at Webel Computer Training Centre, Konnagar Branch.
1. Course Cancellation by the Student
1.1 All requests for course cancellation must be submitted in writing via email or at the Centre’s front desk.
1.2 Requests must include the student’s full name, course enrolled, admission receipt number, and reason for cancellation.
1.3 The date on which the request is received will be considered the effective date for processing.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

| Within 7 days of admission | 75% of the course fee (excluding registration fees) |
| Between 8 to 15 days of admission | 50% of the course fee (excluding registration fees) |
| After 15 days of admission | No refund will be provided |
Note: The registration/admission fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. Course Cancellation by the Centre
3.1 If a course is cancelled by Webel Konnagar due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrollment, faculty unavailability), students will be notified promptly.
3.2 In such cases, students may choose between:
- A full refund of course fees paid, or
- A transfer to another available course or batch (subject to availability and eligibility).
4. Mode of Refund
4.1 Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or cheque only.
4.2 It may take up to 15 working days to process a refund after the cancellation is approved.
4.3 Students must submit a copy of the payment receipt and valid ID proof to initiate the refund process.
5. Special Cases
5.1 In the case of a student facing serious health issues, relocation, or other unavoidable emergencies, the Centre may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
5.2 Supporting documents will be required in such cases.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Registration/admission fees
- Charges for books, study materials, or software licenses (if already issued)
- Exam fees paid to external certification bodies
7. Policy Acknowledgement
By enrolling in a course at Webel Computer Training Centre, Konnagar Branch, the student acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
